The only information we ask for on this site is what you type into our estimate request form. That includes:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• The address or city of the property where the work is needed
• The service you are asking about and whether it is an emergency
• Your description of the tree work
• Your preferred contact method (call, text or email)

You may also contact us directly by phone, text, email or Facebook message. In that case we receive whatever you choose to send us, including any job photos you share.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send that information through the form.

• To respond to your estimate request and answer your questions
• To schedule a site visit, quote the work and perform the job you hire us for
• To follow up about work we have quoted or completed for you
• To keep our own records of jobs, quotes and customer communication
• To prevent spam and abuse of the estimate form

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

When you submit the form or contact us, you agree that we may reply by phone call, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to us, calling (404) 358-3162 or emailing candctreeservice02@gmail.com.

This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party advertising networks. It does not embed a map, a video player or a social media feed on any public page. Limited technical storage is used to keep the site working and secure, and our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs.

Aggregate, non-identifying traffic counts (such as how many people viewed a page) may be available to us through our hosting platform. Full details are in our Cookie Notice.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the website and deliver your request. They process your information on our behalf and only for that purpose:

• Our website hosting platform, which serves the pages and keeps server request logs.
• An email delivery service, which sends your completed estimate request to our company inbox.
• Google's email service, which hosts the inbox where we receive and store your request.
• A managed database service, used only for our private internal website review tool — not for public visitor data.

These providers operate under their own privacy and security terms. If you contact us through Facebook instead of this site, that conversation is also subject to Facebook's own policies, which we do not control.

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, are validated on our server before being delivered, and are emailed to a password-protected company inbox that only Chase Curtis and Amber Barnhart and authorized team members can access. We limit access to what is needed to quote and complete the work.

No website, email system or method of transmission is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Estimate requests stay in our company email and job records for as long as we may need them to serve you, honor work we performed and meet our normal business, insurance, accounting and tax obligations — typically several years for completed jobs. Requests that never turn into work are deleted when we no longer have a business reason to keep them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means the updated policy applies.
